Management
The priority in software development is communication and close management of expectations.
Our management team concentrates on establishing proper understanding between the parties, timely reporting and intermediate releases, as well as complete clarify over projects' progress status and aim to achieve deadlines.
Quality Assurance
Working on a project first-hand makes it hard for the developer to see some of the existing issues or unusual usage scenarios. Also, variety of software and hardware platforms that our products can be run on adds further complexity.
For this reason we have a dedicated QA team, to test our work in various scenarios and under different conditions.
Quality assurance is a separate stage in our software development process, and we involve QA specialists in planning and specification phases, to better prepare them to the testing phase, and also for the specification team to get early feedback about testability and maintainability of some of the design decisions.
