Project life-cycle

Each software development project goes trough several stages, which can roughly be described as follows:
- Requirements definition.
- Functional analysis and specification.
- Technical design and detailed estimation.
- Implementation.
- Testing.
- Deployment and configuration.
- Maintenance and support.
The specialists at AlphaTech have taken active part in each of the above stages, across many projects over the years.
Each new customer and product brings something new with it — we use our existing experience, yet we also understand that there is always room for learning and adjustment, so that the work is done in the best possible way.
